Hîstamîn madeyek kîmyayî ye, alikariyê sîstema bergiriyê dike Lûleyên xwînê ji ber hîstamînê sist û fire dibin, bi vî awayê xirokên spî bi hesanî ji xwînê derbasê nav şaneya kulbûyî dibin û li dij hokarên nexweşiyê bergiriyê dikin. Her wisa bazofîl heparîn jî berhem dikin. Heparîn rê li ber meyîna xwînê ya nav lûleyan digire. Bazafîl di sala 1879 de ji aliyê bijîşkê Alman Paul Ehrich ve hate vedîtin. |
