John Hammonds, NP

John was born and raised in Alabama and has been a NP in Arizona since moving here in 2017. John’s background in nursing started in 2009 with his BSN and includes ER and Critical Care. He started with Primary Care as an NP in 2017 with a home visit company, and then transitioned to Internal Medicine. John tries to treat all of his patients as a member of his family to ensure that he is providing the best care possible.

In his free time, he enjoys traveling, hiking, concerts, and spending time with family.

John earned his Bachelor’s Degree at Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama in 2008. He earned his Master’s of Science in Nursing from The University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama in 2016 with a specialty in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP.
