I have had chronic low back pain for many years. I notice that in the evenings when I eat something sugary I immediately start to get an antsy feeling in my low back that in turn increases my pain. In my opinion the sugar/pain/antsy feelings are all related.

I sufferer from Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome for over twenty years obtained from long hours of using vibrating tools such as grinders,jackhammers etc. I had to give up working with tools and make a career change but about four years ago I had to give up all work because of my symptoms. My hands were in pain at all times and felt tingling or vibrating and the fingers would get pins and needles at night time waking me three or four times a night. I went on a vegan diet about two months ago and the pain and symptoms have gone!! JUST TWO MONTHS!!! To me it is a miracle and if I had known it was that easy I would have become a vegan twenty years ago. It would have saved a lot of visits to Neuroligists, Reumatologists, Surgeons, General Practicioners Osteopaths and Chiropaths. I hope/pray it would work for you. What is to lose if you try?

5 years ago I had brain surgery for a tumor on my Acoustic Nerve. The surgery went well with most of the tumor removed (benign).
This surgery left me totally deaf on my left side. 2 years ago, I had another brain surgery in the same area to insulate the Trigeminal nerve from a blood vessel. It was causing some facial pain (when shaving). Last year I experienced the first of many TN
attacks. My neurosurgeon recommended a ” Gamma Knife ” procedure, which targets low dose radiation from 200+ points concentrated on one focal point to damage the trigeminal nerve. This has relieved the pain for me so far (6 months ).
I hope I never have to experience the electric shocks in my jaw again.

During my last pregnancy, I wish that I would have known that my extreme pelvic pain during pregnancy was SPD. I thought that It was a normal ailment because I was pushing 35 this go around and I had my other two kids when I was much younger. Had I known this wasn't normal, I would have asked my doctor for a pregnancy belt or considered other treatment options. I was so miserable and it hurt to move, even to turn over in bed.
